Tallinn is the capital of Estonia and has recently been celebrating its independence from the Soviets.  Dominated by fairytale-like towers and turrets, the medieval Old Town is a compact maze of cobbled alleyways and amont the city's top attractions are the Town Hall, Parliament Building and Toompea Castle.  A "Tallinn Card" offers free admission to many of the attractions with plenty of discounts elsewhere.
